Abstract (EN)
At the present time, the rapidly changing conditions of information technology, shows and allows the enterprises to obtain this development to create a competitive advantage. Together with this changing business conditions, management of the enterprises gained strength to meet the market's expectations. The effectiveness and success of companiesare directly proportional with the performance of the personnel. The higher employee performance is equals to the quality of the service. To take a lucrative business from the employee, can be measured via his skills and compliance work. Based on this result, management education is issue worth investigating. Within this research, based on Turkey's largest 500 companies, after reaching their commercial web pages, the questionnaires send via email. According to the results, we may say, since the enterprises expectations from the employee about professional competencies increased, we become prone to the American-style business.
