Analyzing the effects of financial decisions on investor?s behaviors

Financial decisions taken by companies in order to survive, compete and to enlarge the operations are one of the micro level factors that investors take into consideration when making investment decisions. In this study; it is aimed to analyze the effect of financial decisions taken by companies on investors? investment decisions and investors? biases in view of these financial decisions. According to the main findings of this study; financial decisions that positively affect the financial performance of companies, generally affect investors positively and the decisions that indicates poor performance for businesses affect investors negatively. However it is seen that investors are affected by the psychological biases when investing as a result they behave irrationally. These findings are in line with the results of previous studies in the same field.
