Work ethics and social responsibility at managements: A comparative research at drug sector

Purpose of this study to provide the sense and sense differences (if applicable) of drug sector employees regarding the ?ethics? and ?social responsibility? which are having more importance day by day nowadays.This study have 3 sections. First section starting with ?Ethics of Work? contains; Ethics, Ethics of Work and Related Terms, Problems Regarding the Ethics of Work, Approaches regarding the Ethics of Work and Benefits. Title of second section is ?Social Responsibility?. This section contains Meaning and Importance of Social Responsibility, Dimension and Research Area of Social Area, Requirements of Social Responsibilities and Basic Elements, History of Social Responsibility in the World and in Turkey.
