Abstract (EN)
In this thesis study, Orchis anatolica, Orchis purpurea, Orchis mascula susbp. pinetorum, Orchis simia, Orchis spitzelli, Orchis pallens taxa were determined. Vegetative and generative organs were collected from these areas and some botanical characteristics were determined. In the field studies, 132 sample areas were determined, and the var data of orchid species were recorded in 67 of them. O. mascula subp. pinetorum with the highest plant height (70 cm) and O. spitzelii (60 cm), O. mascula subp. pinetorum (68 units) and O. purpurea subsp. purpurea (68 units), O. purpurea subsp. purpurea (17.82 g), O. mascula subp. pinetorum (0.12 gr), O. purpurea subsp. purpurea (31.12 cm), O. anatolica (0.24 cm) with the least tuber width, O. purpurea subsp. purpurea (49.12 cm), O. anatolica (1.18 cm) with the least tuber length was determined. In addition, the ecological characteristics of salep taxa, the relationship between their geographical distribution and habitat characteristics were revealed, and the potential distribution map of the species in the region was created. In the potential species distribution, the Maximum Entropy method, which only works with is there data, was used. As a result of the model of O. anatolica (ROC: 0.974-0.953); site, bio10, age class, bio12 and roughness variables were effective. As a result of the modeling, a mapping of the potential distribution of O. anatolica was made. The study formed a basis for the plans to be made to ensure species protection and sustainable forestry activities within the scope of the protection of biological diversity. Likewise, it is thought that it will be the main source of information against environmental changes that may occur in Isparta Province.
