Abstract (EN)
In addition to economic competence and technology, organizational commitment is defined as the level of contribution that employees make in order to realize the mission of the organization in order to sustain their existence in the main fields of activity of the organizations. Organizational commitment has evolved in line with the development and change of organizations and employees since the industrial revolution. In this study, organizational commitment was examined in three dimensions: emotional commitment, continuation commitment and normative commitment. Emotional commitment refers to the emotional bond that emerges at the point where the individual goals and values of the employee overlap with the goals and values of the organization. Continuity commitment refers to the employee's desire to remain in the organization for the continuity of his personal acquisition considering the individual continues to remain in the organization due to his various obligations. Employability can be defined as the capacity to find work in proportion to the professional and behavioral competencies of the employee. It demonstrates the potential of entering the labor market for the individual, who is outside the labor market, while demonstrating the potential of finding employment in a different organization for an individual working in an organization while at the same time expressing the potential to rise within his own organization. It has been found that this effect, affects the organizational commitment of the person's employability level, is increasingly felt in organizations due to technological developments in the labor market and changes in employee's profile. The aim of our study is to determine how the employability of an individual affects organizational commitment. According to the findings of the study, the organizational commitment of the 18-25 age group is higher than the 26-35 age group. As age increases, emotional commitment increases. The employers' perceptions of senior managers are higher than those who work as experts / engineers. There is a negative relationship between employability and attendance.
