Abstract (EN)
Our legislation, for the first time, has obtained the opportunity to have a self-contained statute with 6331 numbered Occupational Health and Safety Act, which took effect at the date of 30.06.2012 by its publication in Official Gazette. In the 6331 numbered Occupational Health and Safety Act, obligation of health personnel employment has been regulated within the scope of organizing Occupational Health and Safety. This obligation has been considered without making a distinction between public and private sectors contrary to the abolished provisions available in 4857 numbered Act. The number of the commissioned health personnel is determined according to the danger class and the number of employees. In the extension of Occupational Health and Safety services at the level of workplaces, commissioning of health personnel specialized in Occupational Health has becoming more important. The employers can carry out this service through hiring qualified employees. Additionally, they can get service from Public Health and Safety Units. The subject of my thesis is the commissioning of the health personnel. At the same time, the thesis especially gives place to the position of supporting staff, who will take on the task of first aid. Key Words: Occupational Healh, Health and Safety, Occupational Health Physician, Health Care Personnel, Health Care Proffessional, Other Medical Support Staff.
