Establishing a chemical hygiene plan for iİzmir çiğli wastewater treatment plant

Wastewater treatment plants are one of the workplaces where hazardous chemicals are used extensively. Determining the hazards of chemical substances used in these enterprises and proactively combating these hazards are very important in terms of ensuring occupational health and safety of employees. For this reason, in this study, it was firstly aimed to determine the hazardous chemicals used in the activities carried out in the İzmir Çiğli Wastewater Treatment Plant. Later, a chemical hygiene plan was prepared in order to determine the risks arising from these dangers and to proactively eliminate the damages that may occur to the employees.
