The investigation of corporate image and job satisfaction perceptions of state and private school teachers

Aim: The aim of this research is the determination of corporate image and job satisfaction perception of the teachers working in state and private schools. Method: In this research, structured screening technique among the qualitative research methods has been used. Results: This study was conducted with a total of 123 teachers; 85 of the teachers working in state, 38 of them in private schools. As a result of the study it was found that corporate image and job satisfaction perception of the male teachers are significantly higher than the females. It has been found that job satisfaction of the teachers differs significantly by age. As a result of the study, it was found that job satisfaction of the single teachers is significantly higher than those married. It has been found that job satisfaction perception of the teachers differ significantly according to working duration at current organization. As a result of the study it has been found that corporate image satisfaction perception of the teachers working in private schools is higher, job satisfaction perception is lower than others, and however, this difference is not significant.
