Abstract (EN)

In today's world, it has not been possible to minimize occupational accidents and occupational diseases in spite of all the measures taken, especially in developed countries of the European Union. This situation revealed that it was not easy to fight occupational accidents and diseases. In the last fifteen years, due to the importance given to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), there has been a significant decrease in occupational accidents and occupational diseases in EU countries; It indicates the importance of the measures taken, the systems and methods applied. Because it is important to take measures in the workplace order, to support, to encourage and to create the necessary systematic. In this sense, it is very important to ensure that the new structures in the existing law, such as OHS Committees and Workers' Representation, work effectively and in particular, to raise social awareness and to increase their educational practices and capacities in a crucial way. From this point of view, it is important to adopt this discipline scientifically to all segments of society, especially employees and employers. IV The continuation of OHS training in schools from childhood will play a very important role in the training of workers with OHS awareness. Responsibility in this regard falls mainly to the government, educational institutions, associations and professional chambers. The importance of OHS needs to be explained to the society together with the employees.
