Abstract (EN)

In our day, it can be observed that individuals and organizations are striving to keep up with the rapid changes of technology and globalization. While organizations are trying to provide qualified personnels, they are also trying to keep these personnels in their own organizations. Furthermore, individuals are trying to become qualified personnels in this big competitive and complicated environment. These individuals need to make career development and career planning. People who make a healthy career development and career planning become qualified personnels and their job satisfaction increases as a parallel to being in an industry which is appropriate their wishes. However, it is obvious that organizations also have big responsibilities to help individuals in their career development and career planning. In this study, it has been examined how career development and career planning affects job satisfaction of individuals. One of the factors which affect career planning of individuals in the organizations is the success of the organizations. It is possible to say that this success leads to job satisfaction of individual by making career development and caree planning. Studies in this issue is very important. As a consequence, the organizations who are active in their field attract the personnels and become an image fort hem to develop their career. Thus, career planning, identity and culture of the organization, motivation and salary concepts affect the job satisfaction of individuals.
