Abstract (EN)
19th century introduced, as well as many Russian composers, Davidov, one of the most important but unheard cellist-composer. In this study, Concerto Allegro Op. 11 by Davidov was analyzed by the technical and musical aspects in order to help all cellists who is willing to improve themselves. The study, which is using technical analysis model, aims to analize Concerto Allegro Op.11 by one of the best cellist of his time, Davidov, including his personel life, education, and the era he lived in. The work was formally analyzed and, during this study, the recordings of the piece was examined also using the cello part. The study was conducted with the aim of providing the cellists information about the Concerto Allegro.
