The importance of this explanation comes from the value of the explaned book, The book "Al-Naqaya" is an explanation of the book "Al-Dirayah" of the Imam al-Marghninani - one of the most important reliable sources in Hanafi jurisprudence - and on the other hand, the book of Ibn Qutlubugha contained some important texts that are not in the book of al-Mahboubi- he explained it in detail. The study followed the historical descriptive approach when presenting the biographical and scholarly biographies of the two imams, Al-Mahboubi and Ibn Qutlubugha, and the political, economic and social conditions of that period. The scientific method used in the investigation and commentary on the book: such as writing the text, justify the text with diacritics, comparing the copies, attributing the sayings, and extracting the issues and documenting them. The most important conclusions of the study were as follows: This explanation contained the most correct of the sayings of the Hanafis and the imams of the other schools of jurisprudence in the The topic at hand issues, And that it is one of the important explanations in dealing with difficult issues, and showing the method of weighting by proof, and that the majority of the texts of this explanation: mentioning them with meaning, because Ibn Qutlubugha changed the text while translating it from the sources. The author can be counted as one of the diligent imams, because he was not only a transmitter, but rather he was more likely according to what the evidence required. It is also noted that the author more than narrates the book "alBadaei" by "Al-Kasani": and "Al-Mabsout" by Al-Sarkhasi, and sometimes he transfers a page or two literally without any change or behavior. In general, the book is rich in its various sources, which reflects the author's ingenuity, broad culture, and encyclopedia.
