Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this resarch is to determine the relationship between the Islamic finance and Islamic marketing insights of the corporate customers of the participation banks. The population of the research consists of construction companies operating in the province of Düzce. Quantitative research method was used in the study and data were obtained by face to face survey technique. Full counting method was used in the research and 200 questionnaires were given. 189 of the 200 questionnaire forms were completed by the participants. From the 189 survey forms collected, 176 were found suitable for analysis. In this context, the number of questionnaires used in data analysis is 176. Frequency, factor, correlation, ANOVA, t-test analysis were performed on the obtained data. SPSS package program were used when analyzing the data. According to the findings of factor analysis, Islamic finance image is composed of perceived religious sensitivities and perceived service quality dimensions. Islamic marketing dimensions consist of İslamic distribution channel, İslamic product, İslamic promotion, İslamic price and human dimensions. According to the results of the correlation analysis, there is a significant relationship between Islamic finance and Islamic marketing. On the other hand, there is a positive relationship between perceived service quality and product, price and human dimensions. There is a positive relationship between perceived religious sensitivities and the product, which is another dimension of Islamic finance. There is a positive relationship between the image, the final dimension of Islamic finance, distribution, product, price and human which are the dimensions of Islamic marketing, and there is a negative relationship between image and promotion dimension. According to the demographic characteristics of participants, ANOVA and t-tests were performed to determine whether there is any significant difference between Islamic finance and Islamic marketing. There were significant differences between Islamic finance and Islamic marketing approaches according to participants' age groups, education levels, marital status, income status, positions in the organization, experience in the sector, and the use of traditional banks except for participation banks.
