Abstract (EN)

The Resource Dependence Thoery; takes a stand toward that the organization activities are restricted and controlled by their environment. And also the organizations are effected by their environment because of resource dependence so they feel the need of knowledge, capital, equipment, raw and materials and human resources to produce goods and services. The resources are under the governance of environment so the control of environment on organization raises based on increasingly dependence and competition for resources. The critical resources are the inputs which the organization could not function effectively when they are absence. So organizations should make strategies to decrease dependence to this kind of resources. Fort his organizations can increase the number, establish joint ventures, develop a relationships with managers, and be on the board of suppliers. On the other hand, the organizations can conduct lobbying activities, public relations against to governmental authorities, make working at the company attractive, be on the board of trade associations, manufacture new products and remove from market to decrease the dependence of human resources and knowledge. The purpose of study is evaluating the performance, role and importance of human resource that based on the performance development of Turkish Banking sector between the years 2002-2013.
