Social transrormation in the context of urban transformation: Kütahya İnköy Mahallesi İnköy Toplu Konutları sample

Urbans are social settlements that are created by the society and at the same time they have changed it and in the long term, they have formed the community .Urbans have lived socio-cultural ,economic and physical changes in their historical process and during this process some urban areas have gotten worn out.As a result of this, in the World,after the Second World War , in Turkey ,after 1980s urban transformation projects have become a need by urban replanning, restructuring of cities and enabling these projects to take shape according to people 's needs.In Turkey ,it is occured that urban transformation projects only aim the slum areas and generally they fail.This survey's aim is to investigate by chancing urban transformation application according to the needs of society and making the urban more livable and at the same time by claiming that it form a new living space by transforming both urban and the society.In this search in-depth interview method is used with 30 people lived in Kütahya İnköy Mahallesi İnköy Toplu Konutları. At the research results it is concluded that ,people living in the neighborhood have calmer and a better quality of life ,living the disadvantages of being away from the city, the apartment blocks and sites effect neigbourhood and neihbourhood culture.
