The effect of personality characteristics on the perception of organizational justice: An applied research in van Ferit Melen Airport

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of personality traits on the perception of organizational justice. For this purpose, firstly, the relationship between the sub-dimensions of the large five personality trait between various demographic features, the relationship between the sub-dimensions of organizational justice sub-dimensions and finally, the effects of the large five personality trait on the organizational justice characteristics and the links between the organizational justice traits of the great five personality traits. The sample of our study consists of 305 personnel working at Van Ferit Melen Airport, which provides services in the transportation sector in Van. A questionnaire form containing demographic information about employees and then statements about personality traits and organizational justice perceptions was applied. Research results were analyzed with the help of SPSS package program. In the examination of the data; frequency analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, one way variance analysis and regression analysis were used. As a result of the T-test and Anova analysis used in the analysis of the data found, it was observed that the personality traits showed significant differences according to the position, working time, education level and gender in the institution, and organizational justice dimensions showed significant differences according to gender, marital status, age factor and educational status
