Abstract (EN)
This research done; Coronary Angiography in the Coronary Intensive Care Unit was performed in a descriptive-cross-sectional type for the purpose of the Relationship between Patients' Information Tensions and Transfer Anxiety Patients. The research was completed with 460 patients who underwent coronary angiography between 01 June-01 December 2019 in Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University Health Practice and Research Hospital. Development of Research; An introductory information form containing socio-demographic characteristics related to the literature review was collected by the research using the State Trait Anxiety Scale and the Patient Learning Needs Scale. The minimum score that can be obtained from STAS (State Trait Anxiety Scale) is 40, the maximum score is 160. The minimum score that can be obtained from PLNS (Patient Learning Needs Scale) is 50 and the maximum score is 250. The data were suitable for normal distribution and were evaluated with Fisher Skewnes-Kurtosis value. Independent Samples t-Test, One Way ANOVA and Tukey HSD test were used to determine the difference between groups. The use of the data was done with the SPSS 22.0 Package program. In statistical analysis, p <0.05 was considered as true significant. It was found that 57.8% of the participants were male, 91.5% were married, 52.6% were primary school graduates, and 43.0% lived 46-65. When the relationship between STAS and PLNS scale total scores was evaluated with a correlation study, a positive correlation was found between scale total scores (r = 0.299, p <0.01). The Relationship between the Information Requirements of Coronary Angiography Patients and Transfer Anxiety in the Coronary Intensive Care Unit was found to be significant (p <0.05). The level of anxiety experienced by the patients decreases thanks to the information they acquire, and the increase in the level of knowledge enables the anxiety level to be experienced.
