The "Kırk Vezir Hikâyeleri" is one of the important works written in the prose genre of Turkish literature, and it is the subject of our thesis. This work, written using the frame story method, has numerous editions both domestically and internationally. The edition we are focusing on in our study is known as the "Vámbéry edition." This edition was recorded in the Eastern Collection Ms Török O.375 of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences Library. The central theme of the frame story in the work revolves around a queen who falls in love with her stepson but does not receive reciprocal love, leading her to attempt to have the prince killed. Meanwhile, the king's viziers make efforts to convince the queen to save the prince. The stories within the work are interwoven using the frame story technique. The "Kırk Vezir Hikâyeleri" shares similarities with many Eastern and Western literary works due to this unique feature. The "Kırk Vezir Hikâyeleri" holds a significant place in the tradition of storytelling. During the time it was written, this beloved work had many editions, both domestically and internationally. We aim to assist future researchers by preparing a doctoral thesis on a previously undiscovered edition within this extensive corpus. The Kırk Vezir Hikâyeleri is important in terms of both language and storytelling. In the edition that carries features of Old Anatolian Turkish and Ottoman Turkish, we have provided the data in the results section in bullet points. The connection of our manuscript to other stories and its lexical content are also presented in the results section. Our study consists of an introduction and two main sections. In the introduction, we provide general information about the "Kırk Vezir Hikâyeleri" and introduce previous research on the topic. In this section, we also examine the sound and shape characteristics of the work. The first section of our thesis comprises the transliteration of the text into Arabic script. In this section, the text is transcribed into Arabic script transliteration symbols. The second section contains the index of the work. In this section, we provide the meanings of the words used in the text, along with their inflected forms, along with page and line numbers. Finally, there is a conclusion and references section. In this part, we list the sources we used in our thesis and present the results of our study in bullet point format.
