Abstract (EN)
Thisthesisaimstoinvestigatetheculturalpolicies of TurkeyMinistry of Culture. Philosophy of culturereferstothephilosophicaleffortstoexplainandunderstandthestructure, developmentandphenomena of cultureandthe role of culture in individualandsocial life. Thepurpose of culturalpolicy is toprotect, developand transfer theculturalvalues of a societytothefuture. Philosophy of culturethatdealswithculture on a criticalandcomprehensivemanner can provide us therightculturalpolicies in thiscontext. Thisstudy at firstdiscussestheconcepts of culture, philosophy of cultureandculturalpolicy, thenanalyzethepolicies of theMinistry of Culturebetween 2002 and 20017 years.
