Hegemony and international relations education in the globalizing world

Globalization also leads to convergence of education between countries. In this context, globalization also affects the education of International Relations. Two indicators of this situation are the language of instruction in English and textbooks. In the thesis, the effect of globalization on International Relations education will be examined through the situation in the world and in Turkey. The fact that the education language of the most preferred International Relations departments in the world and in Turkey is English and the books used in the International Relations Theories courses are the books of a small number of publishers will show that the International Relations education of globalization has also converged between countries.
