Abstract (EN)
It is exactly this phase that brought out the essentiality that owners and managers of institutions should internalize management principles once again and make sure that they turn into institutional culture to cover all stakeholders so that problems faced in the process of institutionalization can be handled. The reason for this is that, according to the concept of institutionalization, the human factor is the "labourer" and the solution to problems lies in the "Institutional Culture."
