Abstract (EN)
This study is about the mobbing perception of the employees in the pharmaceutical industry in Turkey using a survey method for 345 employees. The study examines how the mobbing perception affects the organizational commitment and how corporate reputation mediates this effect. The analysis is done using SPSS. The study reaches the following results. Threat and harassment has a negative effect on the corporate commitment both for males and females. Interference in the work place decreases the emotional and normative commitment, though it increases the continuance commitment. Social exclusion negatively affects the emotional and continuance commitment. Interference about work and career has a negative effect on the emotional and continuance commitment but a positive effect on normative commitment.
