Abstract (EN)
In this study, we examine the effects of the institutional structure of family companies on economic growth. This study examines which institutional tools can have a significant impact on economic performance. Institutions usually define specific structures for daily life to address uncertainties. This reduction in uncertainty reduces operating costs and increases the productivity of economic activities. On the other hand, there are government interventions and the political system, which affect economic performance. Each of these can be an argument for explaining the differences in economic growth.
