The meaning of the concept of lacunary statistical convergence in G-metric and g-metric spaces

This thesis consists of five chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the introductory part, which includes the source research on the subject and the purpose of the thesis. In the second part, basic definitions, concepts and theorems that will be used throughout the study are mentioned. In the third chapter, the meaning of the concept of lacunary statistical convergence in G-metric spaces is defined. Considering that the concept of distance is defined between three points in G-metric spaces, the relationships between GS, GS_θ Gσ_1 and GN_θ sequence spaces are examined with the help of lacunary sequences. In the fourth chapter, lacunary statistical convergence on g-metric spaces is defined and theorems that emerge with this new convergence type are obtained. The third and fourth sections in this thesis work are the sections that we originally created ourselves. In the fifth chapter, the results and suggestions obtained from this thesis study are given.
