Abstract (EN)
The Leadership Power and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Performance: A Case Study of Somalia Recently; business entities strive for achieving operational excellence. This is how they tend to achieve the market share, the competitive advantage, as well as the increased number of customers with the increased profitability. For the said purpose, the firms adopt different strategic approaches to achieve its objectives well. Apart from other available methods, one of the remarkable facts is about the leadership power as well as the commitment i.e., how these forces help to have an impact on the organizational performance. The current research work is conducted in the context of leadership power and organizational commitment on the organizational performance i.e., a case study of Somalia. For the said purpose this study also has been used seven leadership power: Legitimate Power, Coercive Power, Expert Power, Informational Power, Power of Reward, Connection Power, and Referent Power. Are determined, and research work is carried out based on the existing research studies. The data is being gathered from 113 respondents who provided their responses to well-defined questionnaire items regarding leadership power, organizational commitment as well as organizational performance. The numeric data is first converted to the codes and SPSS Version 22 is used to conduct the tests i.e., correlation & regression analysis for determining the association between the variables. Based on the results of the current research work, it is determined that leadership power has a strong positive correlation with organizational performance. So, a firm needs to focus on all parameters of leadership power in order to have a positive impact on the firm's growth.
