In this study, the effect of horizontal collaboration governance mechanisms of operational governance on collaboration effectiveness in the logistics sector in general; the mediation role of the commitment to collaboration and the moderating role of organizational complexity are examined. As a result of the analyzes made; It has been determined that the variables of formalization and mutual influence, which are among the cooperation governance mechanisms, positively affect the cooperation commitment and cooperation effectiveness, but the cultural similarity variable affects the cooperation commitment and cooperation effectiveness negatively. In addition, it has been determined that the collaboration commitment has a mediation role in the effect of the formalization variable, which is one of the collaboration governance mechanisms, on the effectiveness of collaboration. Finally, in this study; it has been determined that organizational complexity has a moderation role in the effect of governance mechanisms on cooperation effectiveness.
