A research on the art and works of Lütfiye Aydın's life

"The aim of this thesis, is based on generating the stories and novels of Lütfiye Aydın, by examining the author's works in detail and to profilde them the place in the history of Turkish literature. Lütfiye Aydın handles on the lives of Turkish society, people, artists especially women who exist in this society, and processes them the sensitivity of a writer in her works. She begins to literature with the nickname of Şeyda Birecikligil. Then she gains the narrator identity. After the stories that she wrote repeatedly, she also takes over the novelistic and she writes two novels successive. Lütfiye Aydın has totally 6 storybooks and 57 stories within them. She generates her works with the theme of marriage, love, family, criticim on policy and death. The author presents the woman sensitivity and attitudes critical towards women in her works. After Madımak Issue that she lived, she increases her attitudes more. Lütfiye Aydın ranks to Turkish literature and the lives of people who are important for Turkish musical. The author is from Gaziantep and with her book "Anka Kentim Antep" which is a cultural and historical assessment of Gaziantep and also she has produced works in different genres with her book of Kül Tablet which is a narrative book that tells the process of mental recovery after Madımak Fire. "The author's 5 books, two novels, a memoir and a narrative has been examined by me in terms of structure and content. In this two-part study, in the first part, the life and the art of Lütfiye Aydın and in the other part, her works has been examined in terms of structure, theme and style.
