Abstract (EN)

Ma'mûratü'l azîz Newspaper publishing life started on the October 5, 1883 is one of the longest-lived newspaper published in Anatolia. This newspaper was published bearing the name of the province is the first newspaper published in this province and therefore has a special significance for the history of the press Elazig. Despite the continuation of the publication period in a discontinuous manner could be released after the proclamation of the Republic until 1935. El'aziz publication name after the letter revolution continued life. In this regard, Ma'mûratü'l azîz Newspaper represents an important source of work to be done in the late Ottoman state as well as studies related both in the field of history as the Republic of Turkey and the eastern province also Elazig. Ma'mûratü'l-azîz newspaper published in the period of the republic are just copies of the Grand Assembly of Turkey in the library. This collection comes with a number of which were published between the years 1925 to 1928 only. In this study, Ma'mûratü'l-azîz Newspaper collection of 1927 - published between 1928 annotated classification of the number 57 was carried out and evaluated. Reports in the newspapers about this work, article advertising and ads are identified, Elazig province of Turkey and the environment, particularly the political, social, revealed how he found in Ma'mûratü'l-Mighty Journal of economic and cultural development.
