Abstract (EN)
Countries provide policy management and take into account the conditions they are in. The conditions of terror in their geographies, the economic forces in their hands, the reflections of internal and external policies can closely influence the determination of the policies governed by countries. The defense spending of countries is essential for defining their defense policies. Defense policies are the policies in which economic characteristics, regional terror attacks, social and demographic characteristics and the direct effects of the reserves in their hands are observed during the periods when countries determine their policies. Defense policies, which the technology of the period also affects, can create the necessity of being economically strong due to development and change.
