Abstract (EN)
Since the profession of a person constitutes an important part of his or her life, the high level of job satisfaction is very important in terms of individual and the environment and the institution in which he or she's being working. This study aims to determine both the impact of occupational choice factors on job satisfaction and which factors effects more than the others the job satisfaction. The first part of this study examines the occupational selection concept and occupational selection factors. The second part analyzes the job satisfaction concept. The third part includes the survey that was done by the 303 employees of R.T. Istanbul Anatolian Courthouse and the results obtained from this survey. The reliability of the survey was checked by SPSS 23 program and examined with factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis technique. According to the results of this study, it has been found a positive relation between occupational choice made by his or her own interest and job satisfaction.
