The relation between the professional satisfaction and the organizational trust a study on class teachers working at special education and rehabilitation centers

The main aim of this work is to examine the effect of the satisfaction that teachers get from their profession on the confidence of the organizaiton where class teachers work at special education and rehabilitation centers. For the purpose, questionnaire form composed of personal information form, organizational trust scale, and Minnesota job satisfaction scale were applied to 96 voluntary teachers working at special education and rehabilitation centers in Anatolia Side in İstanbul in the education year of 2013-2014. Data gained by the questionnaires have been analyzed by the means of SPSS 21.0 statistic packet programme at the computer environment. T test, Kruskal Wallis-H testi, Mann Whitney- U test, correlation and percentage test have been used to evaluate the data besides average, standart deviation, frequency and percentage statistics.As aresult of the research, it is defined that teachers working at special education and rehabilitation centers have medium level of inner satisfaction and general job satisfaction and low level of outer satisfaction. It is also concluded that inner job satisfaction level of teachers does not have an effect on the organizational trust level, and outer job satisfaction levels have an ongoing effect on trusting the managers, collegues, and to the organization itself. Besides, it is also defined that there is no a differentiation on organzational trust and job satisfaction levels from the view of statistic according to the demographic qualities of the teachers.
