Abstract (EN)

This study aimed to construct genetic map of `Amasya apple cultivar with SSR markers. With this aime, the cross between selected `Kaşel-41? from `Amasya? apple cultivar and `Willams Pride cultivar establishes this study's materials. As a result of screening 702 SSR pairs of primer in 96 hybrid individuals showed 381 polymorphism and 396 markers have been mapped . Four genetic mappings have been made for every linkage map. A total of 396 markers belonged to the consensus map of which 89.9% codominant markers and 10.1% dominant segregated with an average marker number of 23.29. This genetic map had 1476.4 cM length with a mean marker density of 3.82 cM. A total of 300 markers belonged to the map of `Kaşel-41? cultivar with average marker number of 17.64 had 1424.9 cM length with a mean marker density of 4.75 cM. Using 302 markers belonged to the map of `Willams Pride? cultivar showed 1436.4 cM length with a mean marker density of 4.76 cM. had an average marker number of 17.76. Also the fourth map has been made by common markers and 207 markers showed polymorphism with 1351 cM length , average marker number 12.17 with a mean marker density of 6.52. In the future genetic mapping and genomic studies, use of the new SSR markers and other marker methods will be useful to obtain high density map. Keywords: Apple, SSR, Genetic mapping
