Compatibility of text questions and activities in the 9. class Turkish literature book of Ministiry of National Education to constructivist approach

The aim of the study is to investigate the questions and activities in the 9. Class Turkish Literature Book according to the contructivism theory, which aim?s the students to make comment and construct what they have learned. In this study, qualitative research technic is used to collect data. They are evaluated in the ?Results and Suggestions? section. There are schools abroad which apply contructivism to their curriculum. The questions and activities in that curriculum are compared with those in the 9. Class Turkish Literature Book. So the questions and activities of the readings in the book are investigated in the light of constructivist approach.The qualitative research is supported with questionnaires which are applied to both students and teachers. T-test, Mann Whitney U test and Kruksal Wallis test technics are used to evaluate these questionnaires.
