Th.e purpose of this thesis is to investigate and study the" Hashiyah of the commentator Arabzadeh (d. 685 AH) on the interpretation of Al-Baydawi, its scope is determined by Surat Al-Mu'minun. The importance o.f the study comes from the fact that it sheds light on a personality immersed in the books of biographies, and that the manuscript is one of the footnotes to Al-Baydawi's interpretation, and four manuscript copies from various libraries were relied upon. The researcher followed the descriptive approach when extrapolating and presenting the biographical and scholarly biographies of two Imams: Al-Baydawi and Arab Zadeh, The methodology of investigation and commentary is to compare the copies and prove their authenticity, to refe.r the sayings to their sources, to extract the verses, hadiths and effects contained therein, and to comment on issues raised by the commentator with the aim of clarification. "The most pr.ominent results of the study are the following": Sheikh Arabzadeh used to follow the custom of commentators in selecting and clarifying phrases. He relied heavily on mentioning "the opinion of the a،uth.or of the book" Al-Kashshaf (Al-Zamakhshari), and the owner of the book (Ma'alem Al-Tafsir) by Al-Baghawi. He also discussed scientific issues and proved his opinion on them, objecting to other commentators such as Al-Zamakhshari and Al-Tibi, and that his Hashiyah quoted many texts from important books, as Arabzadeh excelled in various arts such as Jurisprudence, Interpretation, Language, Rhetoric, Hadith, Readings, and others. His Hashiyah were brief, and he did not go into depth in mentioning linguistic or rhetorical differences, and He did not mention much stories and news, or cite poetry. This Hashiyah reflected the scientific activity of his time, and vilified his scientific personality, intellectual independence, and wide knowledge.
