The Current Research Deals With the Footnote '' ''Hashiyah'' Al-Sherwani Interpreting Baydawi Mohammed bin Jamal Al-Din Ramadan Al-Sukari Al- Sherwani's book in 1036 A.H The researcher participated with a group of scientific students and the researcher part was 42 tablet, which is Surat Al Nisa'a as a whole. This book includes a wide information of meaning and the reasons for the revelation of the verses and the researcher has investigated its part '' Surat Al Nisa'a'' followed the scientific methods that applied on investigating tablets. The thesis divided into two parts, first part divided into two sections, the first section deals with the life of the writer of ''Hashiyah'' Al- Sherwani and the author Baydawi. The second section is devoted to discuss the book analysis and study which includes the attribution of the book to its author, naming the book, what characterizes the book, its description, the researcher's method of investigation as well as the first page and the last page of A edition and the first page and last page of B edition The second part involves the investigated section followed by references and bibliography.
