Abstract (EN)
This study analyzes ethical attitudes and behaviors of certified accountants. The general conceptual definiation accounting is made and it examines the accountant's responsibility to society in detaails. Our main finding is that the most the important element for the professional accountants are to be ethical and prevent unfair competition.
