Abstract (EN)

In this study, single and multi-layer thin films were produced with Lagmuir-Blodgett thin film technique by using organic tetraoxocalix [2] arene [2] triazine materials. Quartz glass and quartz crystal surface were selected as solid substrate and SB136 molecules on the water surface was transferred onto the solid substrate surfaces. The fabricated LB thin films was characterized by using Quartz Crystal Microbalance (QCM) system and UV-visible spectroscopy. After the thin films were coated onto quartz crystal, they were exposed to the chloroform, dichloromethane, benzene and toluene organic vapors and kinetic measurements were obtained using QCM system. These results shows that S136 LB thin film can be used as sensor materials at room temperature. Also it has been seen that the response of SB136 LB tin film sensor to chloroform vapor was more than the other organic vapors.
