Analysis of Nehcü'l-Ferâdîs in terms of vocabulary

Vocabulary is the identity and treasure of a language. This treasure is passed on from generation to generation, developing and growing thanks to the language.This transfer can be done verbally as well as in written documents. With this study, the work called Nehcü'l Ferâdîs of Mahmud bin Aliü's-Sarāyiü'l-Bulgariü'l Kerderi, who was an important great poet and scholar of the Harezm period, was examined in terms of vocabulary, and it was aimed to contribute to the studies to be done from now on. The study consists of three main parts, excluding the introduction and conclusion. In the introduction, the importance, method and limitations of the study we have prepared are stated. In the first part, general information about vocabulary, thematic dictionaries, Khwarezm Turkish and Khwarezm works are given and studies in the field of vocabulary are mentioned. The second part, when evaluated in outline, consists of 6 main titles. In this section, the vocabulary analysis of Nehcü'l Ferâdîs is handled and the words are classified according to the subject. The third chapter consists of 16 main titles in general. In this section, the vocabulary of Nehcü'l Ferâdîs has been discussed and the vocabulary elements of the work such as proper nouns, verbs, adjectives, reduplications have been determined. In the conclusion part, numerical data are given by evaluating the findings. In the last part of our review, the sources we have used in our study are given and the index of the words in the study has been added.
