Abstract (EN)

In this study, the relationship between burnout dimensions of perfectionism with instructors from the view point of different variables and it conducted the teaching staff in order to determine the relationship between perfectionism and burnout. On the purpose, personal information form, Multidimensiona lPerfectionism Scale and the Maslach Burnout Inventory; 2012-2013academic year in Turkey was applied to 419 faculty members who work in state and private universities throughout the set. In the analysis of data obtained from unrelated Sample t-Test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Pearson Product Moment Correlation coefficient (r) is used. Research; According to the demographics of the teaching staff of the results showed significant differences in the size of perfectionism and burnout levels were reached. In addition, concern over mistakes in the perfectionism scale , suspected of behavior , family expectations , family and personal standards subscale of criticism , it is seen that a positive relationship with the dimensions of total exhaustion and burnout.
