Regarding to teachers' perception, effect of managers'managerial abilities on school climate

Trained communities walk firm steps to the future with Pioneer of technology and science. This renewal process of education affects the application area of schools and the staff. By this status as a major factor both school administrators and the teachers get affected and this also affects the school climate. School administrator, as a leader, becomes a director factor which affects the school climate. Therefore the qualifications that a leader must have is an affector factor that affects the school climate.In this context, at Girls' Technical and Vocational High School, regarding the teachers' perception the affect of the school administrator's managerial skills to the school climate was examined at this study.This study performed by using scanning model. The environment of this study focuses on the teachers at Girls' Technical and Vocational High School in the border of Anatolian Site of Istanbul City. The data had been retrieved from the research applied by Akar (2006) to Girls' Technical and Vocational High School at Anatolian side on 206 female teachers and 109 male teachers, "Managers' Perception of Managerial Skills' Contribution to Organizational Climate Scale".According to research results; gender, age, seniority, education level, type of task that contains the demographic factors, 30 questions scale response revealed a statistically significant difference was observed.As a result, the managers' managerial skills at Girls' Technical and Vocational High Schools has affects on school climate and, have a major affet on the perception of teachers.
