This study done for finding the correlation between the main properties of management and management attitude applied in official and private preschools. Research performed in 3 private and 20 official preschools with 139 teachers and managers which present in İstanbul, Beşiktaş.Datas obtain by a survey which developed by the researcher. Datas evaluated and necessary suggestions submitted to the preschool managers and employer foundations.First part of the study contains the descriptions about research and determination of management propertys. Second part mention to the theoretical opinions and researchs over the subject. Management and theoretical managements, management process, manager, preschool education and preschool management information explained and presearchs over the subject has given.Third part of the research is over researching method, duty collection tools and analysing of dutys. In the fourth part of the research, symptoms has given and the fifth part contains the comments which referring to prestudys, results attained from symptoms and comments and suggestions about the subject.The last part of the study contains the references.
