The role of the administor on restoring the conditions that cause disconformity among teachers

The aim of the study is to identify administrators? role on restoring the conditions that cause disconformity among teachers and it has the purpose of making suggestions in accordance with acquired datas.In this study, the role of administrators? on restoring conditions that cause teachers? disconformity is measured by a ?Disconformity Questionnaire?. According to the questionnaire results, administrators? role on restoring conditions that cause teachers? disconformity has been tired to clarify and this way the acquired results have been evaluated. Data were collected from primary and middle school teachers who work in Kartal, İstanbul in 2012-2013 educational year. Ten primary schools and ten middle schools were randomly chosen among 39 primary schools and 37 middle schools. In this sample, totality 400 teachers have taken place among 1800 teachers. 358 of 400 fullfilled questionnaire were considered as valid. Datas taken from the quesitonnaires were analaysed statistically by SPSS 18 statistical programme.At the statistical analysis, in accordace with teachers? answers to their personal information, frequences and percentages of introductive datas of samples were determined. The teachers? personal information and Frequence (F), Percentage (%), Mean (X), and Standard Deviation (Ss) of all questions were obtained. Besides, the teachers? genders, marital statuses and subjects were taken into consideration for T- Test results. ANOVA (One way variance analysis) was used for specifying whether there were differences or not according to the teachers? age, educational background, professional seniority and working years in their last schools. After the results of differences taken from ANOVA, Post-Hoc Scheffe and LSD Tests were applied.The findings of this study reveals that teachers have different ideas about changing the conditions which canalysed them disconformity. And in correspondance to this statement, the obtained results were discussed and necessary suggestions were made.Keywords: Disconformity, Teacher?s Disconformity, Teacher-Administrator Disconformity.
