Investigation of teacher's martial adjustment terms of job and li̇fe satisfaction and some of variables

In this study, investigating the levels of married teachers'marital adjustment terms of job anad life satısfactıon and some of varıables is proposed. The study is put into practice with 250 married teachers in elemantary, secodary and hıgh schools in the province of Adana. The data on individuals'marriage satisfaction "Marital Adjustment Scale" (Locke and Wallace, 1959), and their personal informations are collected within "a personal information form" created bt the reseacher. İn the analysis of the data, Mann Whitney U test, Kruskal Wallis and Spearman correlatıon are used. According to research's findings, ın terms of teachers's ages, geniorities and periods of their marriage teheir marriage harmony changes meaningful level. Homewer, in terms of individuals's sexualities, their working periods, periods of addifional jobs, incomes, their partners's incomes, their monutly salaires, their partners's jobs, their partners's education levels, numbers of children, living in same city with original family, there isn't a meaningful difference. Finally, there is a meaningful connection between the participate teachers's marriage harmong with living satisfactory and living satisfactory with work satisfactory. Homewer there isn't a meaningful connection between participate teachers's marriage connection and satisfactory. Keywords: Martial adjustment, job satısfactıon, life satısfactıon.
