Effects of feminine masculine traits of school administrators on the quality of school life

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the Ouality of school life and feminine and masculine traits of administrators in Yozgat. This study also investigates how school administrators? feminine and masculine traits are related to the Quality of school life. In this context , in the first part of our study, educational administration and school administrators are mentioned. Administrators? life styles are viewed, and relared to this, feminine and masculine leadership and the differences between feminine and masculine by the means of leadership behaviours are mentioned.In the second part, the Quality of school life has been considered as general well-being. The Qulity has positive effects on academic achievement and educational values. Because of this, the quality of school life of teachers contrubuting to education and administrators? affects are examined.In the last part of the studuy, the population of the study is educational administrators and teachers in Yozgat. The sample of the study is educational administrrators and teachers working in Yozgat. Which school administrators have feminine or masculine traits are examined.
