Abstract (EN)

Clash, from an individual point of view, is the state of tension that results from hardships preventing the satisfaction of physiological and socio-psychological needs. From an organizational point of view, however, clash can be described as events stemming from the problems of cooperation of individuals or groups in an organization. When managed effectively, clash can transform into a process which contributes to innovation, development and creativity. In such a case, a school director may benefit from the clash atmospheres in schools in order to realize his/her education and training aims. It depends on the school director?s sufficiency level in managing clashes to bring clashes that arise between directors and teachers in schools in a positive conclusion
