Abstract (EN)

The main purpose of this study is to predict the relationship between school managers 'leadership styles and teachers' job satisfaction level. In addition, it is aimed to examine these perceptions in terms of various variables related to administrators and teachers. Job satisfaction has a great impact on teachers as in all other fields. School management styles have a major impact on teachers' job satisfaction. And school management styles and teachers' job satisfaction are undeniably related. As a result of the research, it was found that school opportunities increased the teachers' job satisfaction level. There was a positive relationship between school administrators' Ideal Impact (Personal Characteristics), Ideal Impact (Behavior), Inspirational Motivation, Situational Rewarding, Passive Management with Exceptions and teachers' job satisfaction level. It was found that the transformational leadership style of school administrators increased internal, external and job satisfaction level of teachers. There was no significant difference according to the age and seniority of teachers' job satisfaction. It was found that the transformative leadership feature increased the internal, external and job satisfaction level of the teachers. In this case, the transformative leadership characteristics are very important. There was no significant difference between school administors' characteristics of Intellectual Empowerment, Providing Individual Sensitivity and Support, Active Management with Exceptions. Leadership Achievement Traits, Effectiveness and Satisfaction and techaers' job satisfaction level. Keywords: teacher, leader, job satisfaction
