The problems encountered in the process of the guidance services in schools and the opinions of the guide teachers on the role of school headquarters in the conduct of guidance services

The aim of this research is to reveal the opinions of guidance teachers about the problems encountered in the execution of guidance services in schools and the role of school administrators in the execution of guidance services. In the research, phenomenology design, one of the qualitative research methods, was applied. The study group of the research consisted of guidance teachers working in pre-school, primary, secondary and high schools in the central district of Kütahya in the 2021-2022 academic year. Content analysis was conducted regarding the opinions received from the study group within the framework of the interview form. According to the findings of the research, guidance activities; Participation and interest in activities varies according to class/branch teachers, students, parents, school administrators and school employees who are stakeholders that make up the school organization, cooperation with branch and class teachers is strong in the execution of their activities, but cooperation with parents is insufficient, school administration's guidance activities It is seen that it supports but does not lead the activities carried out.
