Abstract (EN)
This study was conducted to determine the role of organizational synergy in schools on the psychological capitals of teachers'. In line with this main purpose, "What is the role of teachers' perceptions of organizational synergy in schools on their levels of psychological capital?"the answer to the question has been sought. The research was carried out in correlational designThe population of the researchconsists of 2987 teachers working in all schools in the province of Kütahya, Şaphane, Simav and Gediz in the 2021-2022 academic year. The sample of the study consists of 429 teachers selected by the easily accessible sampling method. The research data was collected using the "Organizational Synergy Scale for Teachers" developed by Akpolat and Levent (2018) and the "Positive Psychological Capital Scale" developed by Tösten and Özgan (2014). In addition, Independent Samples t-Test, One-Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), Multiple Regression Analysis and Pearson Product-Moment Correlation were used for statistical analysis of the data. According to the results of the research, it was determined that teachers' perception levels towards organizational synergy in schools were high. It was concluded that teachers' perceptions of organizational synergy differed significantly according to gender, school level and the number of teachers working at the school, and did not differ significantly according to seniority, graduation, and working time at the same school. It was concluded that while the psychological capital levels of teachers differed according to gender, school level and graduation status, they did not differ according to seniority, working time in the same school, and the number of teachers working at the school. Again, when the relationship between teachers' perceptions of the organizational synergy level in schools and their psychological capital levels was examined, a significant positive and moderate relationship was found. According to the last study, it was seen that the dimensions of interaction and appreciation, strategy, updating and empowerment, which are among the organizational synergy perceptions of teachers in schools, significantly predict teachers' psychological capital levels, while their perceptions of integrating dimension do not.
