Factor which affects job satisfaction of health care workers who are working in oncology units

The main purpose of this cross-sectional research is to investigate the job satisfaction of the healthcare workers who are working in Oncology Units in İstanbul Şişli Etfal and Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital. The sample group (n=70) which represents the healthcare workers, was chosen with systematic sampling method through the employees list. There has been used a survey paper which has 31 questions, on the research.The findings of this research shows that there are some factors which affects the job satisfaction of healthcare workers.
