Abstract (EN)
n this study, by forming a thin film of new synthesized organometal Mn complex on n-Si and by evaporating Ag, Al, Au, Cr, Cu, Ga, Pb and Sn metals on complex/n-Si structure, metal/organometal complex/n-Si diodes have been obtained. It is observed that all structures exhibit a rectifying behavior. Electrical parameters of all diodes have been determined by their current-voltage (I-V) measurements at room temperature. Obtained results have been compared with both each others and available results of metal-semiconductor contacts with and without organic interlayer in literature. The results have been also compared with ones determined from capacitance-voltage (C-V) measurements of diodes. Furthermore, light sensitivity and photovoltaic properties of diodes have been investigated by their I-V measurements under a solar simulator. To analyze the photovoltaic parameters of the best diode (obtained by Au), a solar cell with 0.33 cm2 area have been fabricated and its photovoltaic properties have been investigated.
